Chef’s Story
Our chef trained with a Naples pizzaiolo who taught the importance of a hot stone and quick bake for blistered crust. This dish became a customer favourite back home and inspired our ready-meal version.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- San Marzano tomato sauce
- Fior di latte mozzarella
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
Heating Instructions
- Preheat oven and stone to 220°C.
- Bake 8–12 minutes until crust is golden.
- Finish with basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
