Chef’s Story
Our chef learned classic ragù techniques during a stage at a family trattoria in Bologna, perfecting the balance of slow-cooked meat and silky béchamel. This dish became a customer favourite back home and inspired our ready-meal version.
Ingredients
- Fresh lasagna sheets
- Beef ragù (beef, tomato, onion, carrot, celery)
- Béchamel sauce
- Parmesan
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Heating Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Remove lid and cover tray loosely with foil.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbling.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
