Chef’s Story

Our chef learned classic ragù techniques during a stage at a family trattoria in Bologna, perfecting the balance of slow-cooked meat and silky béchamel. This dish became a customer favourite back home and inspired our ready-meal version.

Heating Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove lid and cover tray loosely with foil.
  3. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbling.
  4. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
